ISSP geographical area is Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Tribal Districts (FATA).
ISSP’s General and Governing Body
SP has a general body and governing body called Board of Governors seven (7) in numbers (Two female and five male). The Board of Governance (BoG) meets at least twice a year and discusses planning of the organization for every six months.
ISSP’s Management
ISSP has a strong management structure in main office and within field offices. The management matters of the organization are looked after by the Executive Director who is assisted by Manager Admin & Finance and Manager Programs. The organization has a standard organizational polices related to Finance, Administration, Procurement and Human Resources for smoothly running of day to day business.
ISSP’s Financial Management
Financial management for ISSP has transparent and strong, with strict financial standard operating procedures in place, excelling in all internal and external audits conducted. ISSP donors itself speaks for the project implementation capacity at each location, as objectives are always met on time, reports submitted to donors and financial records updated and recorded accordingly.
The financial system of ISSP is highly accountable, transparent and maintains all procedures for accounts of donors, partners and beneficiaries as per laid out procedures and guidelines of donor agencies. The accounts are audited on annual basis by QCR rated auditors. ISSP have registered Quick’s books accounting software, thus all financial transactions are done through a standard operating procedure. Similarly for logistics standard procedures are followed for all kinds of purchases/procurement.
Offices & Infrastructure
Head office of ISSP is located in Peshawar while establishment of regional offices are on project based to fully attend to development activities in general & emergency response in particular.
