Women Empowerment Initiative Continues to Train Local Women in Tailoring

Since October 2016, ISSP's Women Empowerment Initiative has been providing tailoring training to women and girls in Union Council Mashogagar, District Peshawar, funded through self-help and individual donations. The initiative equips participants with practical vocational skills that can help them earn an income and contribute to their household's financial stability — in line with ISSP's mission to ensure the most vulnerable groups, particularly women, have equitable access to opportunities for economic self-reliance. The programme remains active and continues to welcome new participants from the local community.
